Rusty Duncan is an associate at King Law Offices.  He works from the firm’s Polk and Greer offices and covers Polk, Henderson, Rutherford, and the Upstate.   Rusty currently practices primarily in the areas of family law, adoptions, juvenile matters, criminal law, traffic, civil litigation, and wills/estates.

Rusty is a lifelong native and resident of Greenville, South Carolina.  He is an active member of Taylors First Baptist Church in Taylors, South Carolina.  Rusty is a member of the Polk County Rotary Club and has volunteered legal services for Steps to Hope in the past.  He was very active in law school serving in student government and as a leader of several student groups.  Rusty and his wife, Anna, reside in Greenville with their dog, Burt.
